Most of these Font you can only open with WINZIP, so if you dont already have it then download it.
After you did that, it is very easy to put them on your hard drive. All you have to do is Extract to hard drive C: and look for fonts and put it in that folder. Some of yall might have to restart your computer to even see if they are there.
Dont worry, your Fonts will show up in every program on your computer, even in Paint Shop Pro!
